Patrick Agee has been with Advantage Realty since 2002, and as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), he is our go-to guy for commercial and investment real estate. Only 6% of the estimated 150,000 commercial realtors in the entire country hold this CCIM designation, and as such, Patrick is a recognized expert in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis. He positively thrives in this fast-paced world, and has rapidly become an integral part of Tuscaloosa’s business growth. As a result, Advantage Realty has closed more commercial business transactions than all of our competitors combined.
Patrick is a trusted consultant for residential and business development, and has cultivated relationships with developers, builders, brokers, investment bankers, property managers and leasing professionals across the southeastern states. In addition to consulting for residential development, he also lists and sells condominiums and single family residential homes.
Originally from Demopolis, Alabama, Patrick attended the University of West Alabama (’97 - ‘00) where he studied Business Administration and lettered in Varsity Baseball. He then attended the University of Alabama (’00 – ‘02) where he earned a BS in Finance, graduating with honors in Finance.
He resides in Tuscaloosa with his lovely wife Laura Beth (owner of SWAG marketing agency), and his daughters Estella Gray and Augusta. The Agees are active members of the Calvary Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa, and enthusiastic supporters of Adopt-A-Schools and the United Way, and of course, Alabama football and basketball!
