After graduating from Rutgers University, Patrick dove into the world of sales and marketing in New York City, gaining experience in magazine publishing, travel, and tourism. In 1990, Patrick moved to Houston and has lived inside the loop for more than 30 years. He has a broad base of experience in buying, remodeling, and selling a wide range of properties from historic homes to new construction. Patrick works with clients city-wide, but the Heights, Montrose, and Museum District areas have been fertile ground for his expertise in Inner Loop real estate. As a Houston real estate Top Producer from 2007-2023 and currently a 2023 member of Coldwell Banker's International President's Circle, Patrick enjoys leveraging the tools and services of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury brand for his clients.
