Patrick Bartlett

I was first introduced to East Texas when I traveled here for a hunting trip in 2016. It was love at first sight as I was captivated by the beauty and pace of life. Making my home in the Longview area became my goal. In 2018, my wife Mattie and I bought our first rental property in Longview and undertook the arduous task of managing it from 1,500 miles away. Work, family, and a small hobby farm made acquiring more rentals difficult. Together we and our 3 children decided to sell off our herd of Boer goats and set our sights on East Texas!

My previous career of over 13 years in the welding and mechanical trade gave me the experience needed to learn on the job in a fast-paced environment. I worked my way up from apprentice to journeyman with on the job training and night school for specialty certifications. Having had a long-term interest in real estate with a special interest in investments, moving half-way across the country presented a special opportunity for a new career in real estate. With a work ethic driven by dedication and tenacity I have achieved my own ambitious goals. As a real estate agent, I am excited to help buyers and sellers realize their own real estate dreams.
