My background and extensive experience in running my own real estate brokerage and property management company in Germany, with a focus on luxury residential properties, gave me many successful opportunities to use my language skills – being fluent in 7 languages – and extensive knowledge of developing technologies and marketing techniques to develop an international network of clients, builders and construction companies, to provide professional assistance with researching and marketing properties, from listing and up to closing, the purchase or sale of these future homes and valuable investments.
I also worked very closely with new home construction companies and the home improvement industry, including overseeing the progress of new construction, all of which provided me with a wealth of knowledge about identifying properties with potential opportunities for improved enjoyment and increasing value.
