Patrick Cairncross

Patrick is a third generation real estate agent specializing in San Diego's coastal markets. His services range from guiding parties on the purchase and sale of individual resale properties to consulting and representing developers on the marketing and sales implications of pre-development, construction, and selling phases.

Though a native San Diegan born and raised in La Jolla and Pacific Beach, Patrick first launched his real estate career in New York City working at The Corcoran Group's top producing SoHo office. After two years of selling co-ops and condos in Manhattan and Brooklyn, Patrick took his experience back home to join forces with his father, a prominent local agent with nearly 40 years of full-time experience.

Patrick's portfolio includes a dynamic range of resale transactions as well as the launching of and oversight of all debut sales in some of San Diego's premier developments such as One Neptune and Altair, two luxury condominium buildings on the waterfront in La Jolla, Atelier, a twelve unit townhome development in Hillcrest, and The Pacific View Townhomes, a collection of ten remodeled homes on the waterfront in Carlsbad.
