Patrick is a dedicated professional with 15 years of experience in contract negotiation, communication, customer service, and project management. He operates with honesty and integrity in all aspects of his life. Patrick knows the local market conditions and prices closely, as well as the challenges that may arise and how to overcome them. Serving others provides him with a deep sense of purpose - be it through coaching his kids' sports teams, supporting others through a challenge, or helping people find their dream home. Additionally, he gives a portion of his commission back to many of his clients through Homes for Heroes.
