Patrick Cullen

Patrick Cullen was recruited into the Real Estate Industry in 1999 by Sean Conlon, founder of CONLON: A Real Estate Company. During his first year of business, Patrick worked for Sean’s former Real Estate Company, Sussex, and Reilly, and has been a proven annual top producer. CONLON has since joined forces with Compass Real Estate. As a local Chicagoan, he has gained firsthand knowledge of the city’s vast emerging neighborhoods. His enthusiastic and attentive nature is reflected in every aspect of his real estate business. With his unique and personal style coupled with his strong finance background, he continues to have an ever-expanding network of investors, developers, home buyers, and sellers. Patrick is reputable for creatively marketing all types of property, whether it be a high-end single-family home, land, multi- building, condo/loft, etc. His passion and commitment to the business and his exemplary art of negotiation are all facets that have attributed to his success in the industry.

He has been awarded and acknowledged for his successful real estate transactions by the Chicago Association of Realtors in addition to the Illinois Association of Realtors on an annual basis. With these accomplishments, Patrick is an indispensable member of Real Estate family.

In addition to his success in Real Estate, he remains very active in the Chicago community. He is an advocate of the arts and education and spends his time participating in various efforts around the city. He volunteers his time as a Local School Board member for Newberry Math and Science Academy in Chicago’s historic Lincoln Park neighborhood. He is also now licensed in the state of Florida.
