Patrick Dalessandro

Patrick is the President, Broker-Owner, and Founder of Coachlight Realty in Niles, Illinois, bringing an exceptional 47-year career in real estate leadership, advocacy, and professional service. A highly respected figure in the industry, he has been recognized as REALTOR® of the Year twice—first by the REALTOR® Association of NorthWest Chicagoland (RANWC) in 1988, where he also served as Past President, and later by the Illinois Association of REALTORS® (IAR) in 2008.

His influence extends statewide and nationally. He served as IAR President in 1997, sat on the IAR Executive Committee, and contributed to the IAR Board of Directors, including work on the Commercial, Industrial, and Investment Committee. Since 1989, he has served on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and the Land Use, Property Rights, and Environment Committee, shaping policy and protecting property rights across the country.

Beyond real estate, he is a dedicated supporter of the Assisi Animal Foundation and the Budd Foundation, contributing to the welfare of homeless and abandoned animals.
