Patrick Ginn

Patrick Ginn began his career in real estate over 10 years ago as a transaction coordinator. Patrick has quickly become a prominent figure in the real estate development community, leading Ginn Development to develop 1,000 lots across 30 projects valued at over $230 million.

As owner and developer of Ginn Development, Patrick is responsible for day-to-day operations oversight as well as working with project managers to communicate direction and advise the logistical details of the company’s numerous projects. Patrick also works one-on-one with investors and clients, using his insight and expertise to advise them on important decisions and navigate them through the development process, helping them realize their vision and achieve their goals.

Outside of the office, Patrick has a love for travel and cheering on the Portland Timbers. He is also an accomplished marathon runner and competes in marathons around the world.
