With 13+ years in the real estate industry and $1 Billion+ in sales experience, Patrick has acquired a diverse background in all aspects of real estate, including: mixed-use development, residential and commercial property sales and real estate technology.

In 2012, Patrick was elected as the youngest Board of Director in history for the San Diego Association of REALTORS and was soon after appointed as the youngest Director in history for SANDICOR, the San Diego Regional Multiple Listing Service; one of the largest MLS's in the country with over 16,000 subscribers.
