Unlimited help from start to finish...helped make a difficult move much easier If you are looking for a new home patrick is the person to help you. I know he went out his way to help us because he showed us several homes that proved he was listening to what we want. Once we found our new home he assisted in closing escrow quick. All inspections set up and done like clockwork. Patrick helped with all Negotiations.

Patrick Hankins listens! He is able to hear what we am saying and then formulates what the next steps are from there. My husband and I have been looking for a home to accommodate our horses, dogs, cat, and chickens. We have other special considerations, and he is able to address all of our concerns. Patrick is professional in all aspects. He responds immediately. He is thorough with the information he presents, and provides excellent resources to contact for clarification. In addition, Patrick remains positive. There were times that I gave up in our search, but Patrick did not. Patrick was very good at finding houses for us to look at and very good at figuring out what we wanted. He was also willing to show us houses I had found on the internet. We could contact him at any time and he was quick to get back with us. He was also helpful through out the purchasing, inspection and closing. A very good experience.

First let me say, it took along time for us to fine a realtor we liked much less one that would work for us. We look at houses for about 2 to 3 years just looking at different sites and talking to different realtors, but didn't have any luck with either finding what we wanted, and we were doing all the leg work. Every realtor we spoke to wanted us to buy what ever house we looked at before we left, almost as soon as we meet at the house. We found Patrick the same way we found all of our other Realtors, we found a house we are interested in and I called him and at first I thought he was going to be just like all of the other Realtors we spoke with. I was wrong. You turned out to be the best realtor I've ever met he worked with us he try to do everything that he could to find the house and property we want and not what he wanted. Patrick work harder than anyone I've ever known to try and find us the home of our dreams he even spent eight and a half hours with me my wife and all 7 of our kids looking at houses all day that says a lot about his character I think and his work ethics. I don't know how many realtors you've dealt with in the past but if you're looking for a house Patrick is the man to call will do everything he can and if he doesn't know something I'll find somebody that does to get you the correct answers to your questions. I cannot say enough good things about Patrick Hankins he was super nice work super hard and found the house that was right for us. So far we are in the planning stages to purchase our home in New Mexico. Patrick listens to all our requests/must haves and is immediate with all his answers to me.
