About Patrick

Patrick enjoys a broad portfolio of real estate experiences gleaned over 20 plus years in various sectors of the industry. He has bought, restored and sold property in many different areas of the country. These diverse experiences have provided him with a macro view of real estate and its impact on the lives of both buyers and sellers. Patrick can speak knowledgeably about the countless influences that affect the real estate market both here in New York as well as markets further afield.

Through his position as a dually licensed sales agent with Douglas Elliman, Patrick works in both the New York & Florida markets. Patrick is able to offer first hand knowledge of not only the real estate market for each locale, but the unique lifestyles as well. He specializes in the purchase and sale of Manhattan co-ops and condominiums and South Florida homes and condominiums. Although he is an owner and resident on the Upper East Side, he works in all of the neighborhoods in Manhattan. Patrick’s many years in Manhattan has provided him with a deep knowledge of the NYC market. Whether looking for a home in a particular Florida neighborhood or canvassing NYC for just the right apartment, Patrick is driven to make his clients dreams a reality. He brings a true understanding of how a home purchase or sale affects people emotionally and not just financially.

Patrick works closely with his wife Carol Albert, a seasoned and award-winning Douglas Elliman agent, to provide a “twenty-four seven” approach to their business. Together, they enjoy guiding their clients through either the NYC or Florida real estate marketplace or both. They want their clients to know that they appreciate how difficult this process can be for everyone. Both Carol and him are there starting the moment a decision is made to buy or sell until the close of a successful deal. Along with their above-and-beyond customer service, they strive to provide immediate responsiveness and feedback. Silence is not golden in real estate! They believe in communication and education every step of the way.

Born in Manhattan and raised in the nearby suburbs, Patrick has lived and worked extensively in New York, Connecticut, and Florida. Real estate experiences in such diverse locales as Key West Florida and New York’s Hudson Valley has given him a broad perspective on matching real estate to lifestyle. As a former teacher and owner and director of a prestigious children’s summer camp in Greenwich CT, Patrick has exceptional patience and attention to detail. He takes great pride in guiding his clients through a transaction and is always aware of his role as their representative throughout the process. He particularly enjoys working with first-time buyers and guiding them through the NYC marketplace.

Patrick holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Iona College and an M.S. in Education from the College of New Rochelle. When not busy serving clients, he enjoys travel and outdoor pursuits and can be found in the mountains or on the water year-round. Patrick is also a member of the Central Park Conservancy and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
