Patrick James

Patrick James brings experience and extensive knowledge to the table. His passion and involvement in the transformation of downtown Orlando is shown by his work at several signature projects such as Thornton Park Central, 55 West, Osceola Brownstones, Eola South and most recently SoDo Place, an Icon Residential property. Patrick specializes in the downtown Orlando market with a focus on the City core and historic neighborhoods such as Thornton Park, Lake Lawsona, Lake Lancaster and Lake Eola Heights.

Patrick understands that real estate is often a 24/7 job and his willingness to always go above and beyond for his clients is reflected in his success. He has maintained a position as a Top Producer in the Central Florida market for all the years he has practiced real estate. Patrick has worked on many of the above projects from conception to completion and is looking forward to seeing this important new project become a reality.

Patrick has a passion for acting and has appeared in local stage productions, TV commercials and film. He believes in giving back to the community and participates in several local causes including most recently a charity bicycle ride from Miami to Key West!
