Patrick Kavanaugh

Patrick began his career in real estate within the renewable energy sector. For two decades, his land acquisition company provided preliminary development for large-scale, utility-based, wind-energy centers. These “clean power plan” facilities, involved billion dollar budgets, years of master-planning, as well as the acquisition and management of 100,000 acre building sites.

Prior to a career in real estate, he achieved success as a commodity trader, business consultant and as a venture capitalist, for both the entertainment and medical industries.

Raised in the Heartland, the values of honesty, integrity & hard work, have served him well. Relocating to Malibu, California, before eventually making Maui his permanent residence, helped to redefine his values of excellence, professionalism and quality.
