This is a brief bio to give you information as to who I am:

Born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia
Graduate of Marshall University
Graduate of The Ohio State University with a Masters in Communication.
I spent 20 years with John Hancock Insurance and now have 20+ years with RE/MAX.
Member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame

Specialize in Residential but have vast experienced in Commercial as well.

My job is to find for you what you want at a price and terms that are favorable to you. My compensation is from the “deal.” This means when you buy a house I am paid by the Seller.
The same is true with a new home, the builder pays. The advantage of having an agent is that you have local knowledge as to the best deals, the best locations and what the Sellers are willing to provide in way of incentives to make the sale work.

In addition to what I can save you or get for you from the Seller/Builder, I give a tax free $1,000.00 to anyone who buys with me as their agent.
