Patrick McGinley is a proud graduate of Texas Christian University and the driving force behind McGinley Realty Group, which he founded in 2001. With over two decades of experience in Austin real estate, Patrick leads one of the city’s top-producing teams—recognized by the Austin Business Journal and consistently ranked in the top 1% of Keller Williams agents nationwide.

Patrick brings a sharp business mind and deep negotiating experience to every transaction, drawing from his previous 18-year career in broadcasting, where he served as Vice President and General Manager of KEYE, Austin’s CBS television affiliate. That high-level leadership, combined with his boots-on-the-ground hustle, has earned him a reputation for delivering concierge-level service and outstanding results.
