Patrick McGinley is a native of Pasadena, California. He received a Business Administration degree from California State University at Los Angeles, majoring in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate and a minor in Economics. Patrick met his wife Kathleen in college; they now live in Pasadena.

Patrick has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate. He is a Broker Associate at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Golden Realty, located in Pasadena. He has been with this company for the length of his career and enjoys the friendships and business relationships he has created here. Patrick specializes in 1-4 unit properties, especial single-family residences. He also has gained extensive experience in the last 10 years with commercial properties, including apartment buildings.

Beginning his career as an appraiser before moving onto residential sales, Patrick is both a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. In addition, he is a Property Manager with over 30 units under his management.

Patrick also earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. As a designee, Patrick has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the unique needs of prospective sellers and buyers aged 50 and over.
