A full-time resident of the East End, Patrick was raised in New Jersey and educated at Washington D.C.'s Catholic University (where he was a competitive swimmer) and George Washington University. After university, he relocated to Manhattan, where he enjoyed a 20-year career in the TV industry. He was a producer at "Good Day New York," "The Sally Jesse Raphael Show," MTV, CNBC, PBS-WNET, and Fox News.
A vacation home brought him to East Hampton, where he fell in love with the community, prompting a career move and a residential relocation. He managed Douglas Elliman's Sag Harbor office for over ten years and has now chosen to devote his full attention to sales.
With a keen understanding of the Hamptons real estate market, a thorough grasp of the community, and an ever-expanding roster of personal and professional contacts, Patrick brings a friendly, one-on-one approach to sales.
