Patrick Monaghan

Patrick K. Monaghan is an Executive Vice President, serving on the Executive Committee over the Company’s Training platforms, as well as the Institutional and Retail Client Relationships. Mr. Monaghan is also the Vice Chairman of the Regional Management Committee, providing support and leadership to Northpoint’s Brokers throughout the U.S. He continues to serve as a Broker and Regional Manager over the Sales, Management, and Training of Managers throughout the offices in North Carolina and Florida. He also provides services for a portfolio in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Monaghan is an expert in real estate sales and management with over twenty years of real estate experience. Previous to Northpoint, Mr. Monaghan served as President of New Home Sales Realty, a residential brokerage in Florida. Previously, Mr. Monaghan was a Sale Associate for Remax Hometown and a Manager for Complete Restoration Services.
