About Patrick

As a residential and investment property specialist with Donnellan Real Estate, A family owned real estate company that has been listing and selling properties in the Chippewa Valley for 66 years, Patrick is committed to building long term relationships with clients. Patrick has been in real estate investment and/or sales for over 15 years but has a diverse and extensive background serving the Chippewa Valley and beyond. After graduating from UW Eau Claire, he served in Nepal for 2 1/2 years in the Peace Corps. Upon his return, he spent the next 15 years heavily involved in non-profits in the Chippewa Valley. Initially managing group homes for LSS, but he then founded the Children's Museum of Eau Claire which he states was his greatest accomplishment. After that success, he was recruited a development program for Mayo Clinic - Red Cedar Medical Center.

During his non-profit days, Patrick was investing in and managing his own rental properties and currently still owns and operates a successful investment property business. Currently, in addition to his full-time career with Donnellan Real Estate and his own investment property, Patrick is co-owner of Chippewa Valley Property Management, assisting others in the management of their investment property.

Patrick finds great satisfaction and enjoyment in helping people find the home that is for them, but offers a great opportunity for investors with his extensive knowledge of the rental market, what rents and why, and what a given property in a specific location will bring in for rent.
