Patrick Sanderson

Patrick is the co-founder and principal broker of Neumann & Dunn Real Estate and Development and sole owner of Lawyers Settlement Group, PLC. With over 20 years experience as a realtor and real estate attorney, he assists sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants and investors in both the Richmond commercial and residential real estate market. Prior to getting his real estate license, Patrick practiced both residential and commercial real estate law for Shaheen & Shaheen, Williams Mullen and Kutak Rock, and continues to practice real estate law as a value add to his clients.
