Patrick Shipp

Born and raised in the great state of Michigan, Patrick Shipp ventured beyond its borders to the Windy City in 2012, right after graduating from Central Michigan University with a BA in Communications, minoring in Hospitality. With a deep appreciation for sharing his love of Chicago with others, Patrick quickly pivoted from the corporate world to real estate within a year of moving to the city and he's been selling and leasing residential real estate ever since. With his Midwestern roots and passion for exploring the culinary delights of Chicago, Patrick has cultivated a unique blend of business and 'white glove' acumen as well as a taste for adventure.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and armed with a passion for helping others, Patrick continues to raise the bar for getting a deal done. Having been in the industry for over 9 years, and continuing to grow his vast network of clients that he now calls dear friends, Patrick was recently named by Chicago Agent Magazine as one of their 'Who's Who in Chicago Real Estate' in 2022. Patrick's dedication, extensive neighborhood market knowledge, and unwavering commitment to his craft has earned him a stellar reputation in the Chicago real estate community.

Patrick lives in Andersonville on the North Side of the city and you can truly find him all over town, effortlessly blending client showings with frequenting some of Chicago's finest culinary establishments. He lives for the summer months, as every Chicagoan does, playing in a Monday night volleyball league, a Wednesday night euchre league or sitting on the patio of Adalina, his favorite restaurant in the Gold Coast. Patrick's mother would tell you he could ski before he could walk and he grew up water & alpine skiing on the pristine inland lakes and rolling hills of Northern Michigan. When not selling real estate, Patrick enjoys escaping the city lights to spend time with his two nephews in Michigan or showcasing the camping skills he learned as an Eagle Scout. He loves to indulge in Hendrick's gin and chicken tenders - maybe even at the same time!

Patrick's passion for all things Chicago is a testament to his adventurous spirit, adaptability, and dedication to his clients. Serving on his building's HOA Board, the Young Professionals Network and OUT at Compass, Patrick continues to showcase a proud ambassadorship of his adopted city, while navigating the bustling real estate market and bridging the gap between business and pleasure.
