About Patrick

Patrick has been a realtor with C. Dan Joyner since 2012 when he was named “Rookie of the Year” for the Pelham Road Office. Real estate has always been part of his life—growing up with both parents as successful realtors—but Patrick didn’t develop an interest in working in real estate until after graduating from Clemson in 2010. A native of Greenville, Patrick spent years attending Greenville schools, enjoying Greenville’s wide range of activities, and watching Greenville’s incredible revitalization and development. He’s proud of our little city and thinks there’s no place finer to call home. His knowledge of the area and personable nature has enabled him to work with clients in various stages of life, whether first time homebuyers looking for their first “nest,” growing families in need of more room and bigger backyards, or empty-nesters looking to downsize. In his first 14 years as a Realtor, Patrick has sold over 100 million and belongs to The Toates Team, the #2 team for Berkshire Hathaway in the state! For Patrick, being a Realtor is much more than buying or selling a house, it’s about building a relationship with his clients, truly understanding their needs, and helping them navigate through one of the biggest investments they’ll make. When he’s not with clients, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 sons, and their German Shorthaired Pointer (Pepper). He also enjoys golfing, playing rec league sports, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers. He is a member at Thornblade Club and Grace Church.
