If you are looking for a honest, reliable and professional agent, Patrick is your man!

Even during this crazy market where homes are getting bid on much higher than listing, he promised me we would find a house that would suit all of my requirements (including the price) and he did just that!

He's a full time agent and has been in the industry for quite some time, so I didn't have to worry about working around his schedule and all of my technical questions were answered with much detail.

His honesty won me over. There were a few times where I was becoming frustrated from my offers constantly getting beat by other buyers and he was able to keep me grounded when submitting offers to more houses.

When I decided to buy my first house a year ago, I was really afraid of everything.. but I had Patrick as my realtor and he was absolutely above and beyond in everything.. He made it really easy and simple from the beginning to the end. He helped me to find the right bank then finding many houses base of what me and my wife like since he listened to us in the beginning really good then to find the right price. Also him moving fast to get it before the other buyers till finally making sure everything is going well after buying our great house now. He also called me many times to make sure everything is well abs he helped me after words with some maintenance by contacting the old owner which he shouldn’t do that but he did..
I really appreciate you and definitely will go to you for my second house in the future if I decide to buy a bigger one.
