First time home buyer here!!! And in a new state😃

My Husband and I loved working with Patryce. She was so knowledgeable, honest and said everything with care. She gave us info on all the different neighborhoods we were periodically interested in, she paid attention to my Husband’s commute (this was a HUGE deal) and school ratings(we have little ones and want the best). She paid attention to the home’s land(slopes and possible water damage, if any).

We liked a home VERY much and wanted to place an offer for it after only seeing photos. She took us on a showing and pointed out some(a LOT) flaws where the seller did half-brained fixes in order to sell the house. We wouldn’t have even know what to look for if it wasn’t for Patryce!

Patryce was always keeping us on schedule when we fell behind, whether it be showings or us making it to our closing😅 She truly was a breath of fresh air from the start to the finish of the home buying process. I felt like it was the longest 2months of our lives from home shopping, to offers, to being outbid, to inspection, all the way to closing.
