About Patsy

A broker who understands the financial logistics of home buying. Being in the banking business for 30+ years has given me an extensive background in all areas of finance. I served as a mortgage loan originator for many years. This experience has given me the ability to understand the process; therefore, I can offer assistance to get you get through the process and put your mind at ease when buying a new home.

Shortly after retiring, I jointed my husband in the real estate business where we work as a “Husband and wife” team. My focus is on listing and selling residential real estate in Henderson and the surrounding area which consist of Vance, Granville, Franklin and Warren Counties with a special interest in homes located on Kerr Lake. My husband’s business is geared more towards commercial properties such as retail and industrial sites. He also works with large tracts of land for development of retail sites, Multi-family housing units and land to be used for agricultural purpose. We make a great team as we can service all of your real estate needs.
