Patter helped me find a great house in the Atlanta area while I was overseas in Africa working. She called or texted pretty much daily, working diligently to help me. She met up with a friend of mines, who stood in my place while I was away, in order to find and look at several potential places. Between the two of them, I was able to do almost everything without even being in Atlanta. In the end, the only thing I had to do was basically sign the paperwork and take the keys, once I got back to the US. For that, I will always recommend working with Patter. She is excellent, a bulldog, and will always give you the best she can.
