We were easterners and unfamiliar with the nuances of he San Diego - Ocean Beach market. Patti Adams and Nancy Phillips provided dedicated help, guidance and professionalism in getting Ruthie, Michelle and me to achieve Ruthie’s dream of home ownership.

They never gave up and stayed right on it to allow us to get early looks at properties. It really made a difference.

Patti represented us for the sale of our condominium. Her experience and knowledge showed thru out the transaction.
The advise for making it show ready, pictures and other professional people including the actual movers was greatly appreciated.
I know she spent hours making sure our general information was well written and correct.
Paperwork for a real estate transaction can fit a 2 inch binder. Patti kept track while making sure all was correct and fully executed. Then after closing offered the complete file sent electronically or/and in paper form.
Knowledge, attention to detail and follow-up are traits we all need in an agent. We are happy we went with Patti and we highly recommend her as a professional real estate broker/agent.

Patti assisted us in both selling our existing home and buying a new property.

We started our homebuying journey “just to see what’s out there,” and quickly decided that market factors were in our favor to make the move sooner than later. Selling our three bedroom Bay Park home took less than a week due to Patti’s counsel on right-pricing and the effort she put into presenting our home beautifully both online and with an in-person Open House.

Patti made the process of finding a new home nearly effortless on our part. She listened to our wants/needs/desires and then found the property that ticked all the boxes. The downtown Condo that we moved to wasn’t technically on the market, but Patti found it through networking with her extensive contacts. She guided us through the sometimes-confusing worlds of finance, insurance, escrow, etc. with clear and constant communication.
