Patti Donovan

A lifelong Boston resident, Patti has an in-depth understanding of the Boston Real Estate market. She is dedicated to providing clients with expert knowledge that will help in making sound decisions, whether selling a property or buying a dream home. A veteran of the industry, she has been a member of the Keliher's Group for two decades.

Patti brings a range of Real Estate experiences to each client. She has completed a variety of transactions including sales of several individual buildings and condominiums; a recent 32-unit complex from the renovation stage to completely sold out; and, a three-unit luxury condominium project on Commonwealth Ave (in the Back Bay) from the construction stage to its closed sales transactions.

A careful listener, Patti works closely with her clients to identify their individual needs and goals before preparing a marketing or investment plan to fit their requirements. She works hard to find the right strategy for each situation. Around-the-clock availability to her clients makes the entire process easier. Always a dog lover, Patti recently turned her attention to the rescue. After losing her Maltese (Spike) of 12 years, she is now the proud mother of Isabel, her not-so-little Maltese.
