Patti was born and raised on the outskirts of Monticello in beautiful Sullivan County. She's a native, meaning, when traveling with her, she will be sure to share all the history that makes Sullivan County so special. She comes from an entertainment background. Her father was an entertainer in the area in the 60's when the joint was jumping with entertainment. She followed in those footsteps and began her singing career as a young girl and her talent took her all over the globe, but Sullivan County has always been home. When asking Patti what she loves most about Sullivan County, she will say 'the AIR!'. Patti loves living on her family property with her husband Jonathan and their 4 legged daughter, Zoe. The beauty in this area is breathtaking and lakes and streams are part of it's attraction. After many years traveling the globe as a headliner on Cruise Ships, and working Atlantic City and Las Vegas, Patti felt the need to be planted, so she got her Real Estate license. It's been over 29 years now and her roots are firmly planted in Real Estate, but singing still remains her passion. Known as the 'Singing Realtor' and resident 'Funky Hippy Chic' you may find her performing at her favorite local venue the Villa Roma Resort and Conference Center in Callicoon as well as other venues in and out of the area, or making people beautiful in her Funky Hippy Chic Boutique, located smack dab in the middle of Resorts World Casino and The Kartrite Resort and indoor water park , which is a reflection of Patti's love of worldly style acquired from her many years of travel. In this boutique customers will find themselves stepping back in time to the days of Woodstock, which happens to be just 12 minutes down the road in Bethel (Bethel Woods Center for the Arts is the original 1969 Woodstock site and a fabulous music venue). In Patti, people find a diligent professional who prides herself in listening to her clients and/or customers. She believes that buying a property, especially a home, is very personal and the experience should be enjoyable, educational and informed. She also has a great deal of experience with commercial investment properties.
