This was my first time purchasing a house and she walked me through it thoroughly and in a way I could easily understand the process. Available day/night always working quickly to get requested showings and questions answered. They guided me through every step of the way and offered me their honest opinion. They don’t push you to make offers on properties, they allow you the time to make a decision yourself. Would definitely recommend them, they were fantastic!

We are first time home-buyers, not particularly knowledgeable, and in a pretty tough market period for buyers, BUT Kevin & Patti managed to find us a great property, at a very not regrettable price (which is fantastic for this market). They are responsive and patient, even after closing they still are quick to answer my questions. Through your access to their experience/understanding of the market and their up-to-date website, you'll eventually find the right property. Then, between Patti & Kevin and the great lender they introduced us to, just have your documents on-hand and be available to e-sign, and they'll take you through to the end. I highly recommend them.

Patti was amazing with helping us find a home while we were living out of state. She was thorough and detailed oriented with every step of the process. House buying is stressful but even more stressful when you're new to the area/ buying a home you haven't seen in person. Patti not only was amazing at virtual showings going over everything in detail, but also made sure we had an excellent person to do the home inspection. We would definitely recommend them!
