Patti Johnson

Patti attended the Chicago Art Institute, and Northern Illinois University achieving a B.S. in Elementary Education, Art Education, and Interior Design. As a result, she brings a variety of talents to her Real Estate career. In addition to organizational and negotiating skills, she can visualize both the intrinsic attributes of the home, as well as its potential.

From the very beginning of her career, Patti achieved an elevated level of performance. She was awarded the Coldwell Banker Silver Rookie of the Year in 1999, has been consistently recognized in the Coldwell Banker's "Quarterly Best", the top 50 salespersons in all of Coldwell Banker Residential offices and annually by The Denver Board of Realtors for outstanding sales and professionalism with a "Roundtable Award". 2002 brought the "Denver Board of Realtor's Rookie of the Year Award". She is also with the Cartus Network Relocation Team-as a Buyer-to-Buyer specialist.

She continues to receive the prestigious "President's Award and or President's Elite Award" for outstanding sales. She has continued her success by reaching sales within the top 10 producers at Coldwell Banker Previews. In 2007, she was ranked No. 4 among 1,400 broker associates with Coldwell Banker and is a member of the 2008 International President's Elite. For 2011, Coldwell Banker ranked her #16 in company sales production and took home the International President's Circle Award. She finished in the Top 8 for 2012, and in the top 20 for 2018. She has consistently placed in the Top 20 since 2013 and continues to raise the bar on the standard of excellence. Patti served on the Coldwell Banker Devonshire Advisory Board in 2013. In 2021, Patti earned the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Elite Award, and was honored as being in the Top 3% Nationally.

Patti has been an active member of the community, volunteering on many local school committees and as an active participant in the Junior League of Denver. Patti is detail oriented, conscientious and thorough, making certain her client's needs come first in every situation.
