Patty Fasen

Patricia Fasen is a native Angelino, who moved to Ventura in 2015, after realizing what a dog friendly place it is. Passionate about hiking, biking, and water sports, it was a natural fit for her and her dog.
Earning her Bachelors Degree from SDSU in Finance, she has over 25 years of combined experience in banking, insurance, and mortgage lending. Patricia earned her paralegal certificate from UCLA Extension, making her very familiar and comfortable with legal or business matters. Real Estate is an exciting adventure allowing her to combine her past expertise with present endeavors.
Forever grateful for finding such a gem of a city with incredible views of the ocean and hillsides, it offers all that LA does, without the big time traffic.
