Patty Knaggs

Patty’s real estate expertise is based on 16 years as a realtor and 18 years as an investor/property manager. This is wrapped in her core belief of service. Helping her clients get what they want as seamlessly as possible is her goal in every transaction, whether selling or buying. Patty’s long-term relationships with trusted advisors: lenders, attorneys, stagers, or contractors are part of the team approach she uses to provide her client’s superior service.

Patty’s passions include home ownership, dogs (especially Brady!), hot yoga and homegrown tomatoes. As a former Golf Course Superintendent of PGA and USGA venues her management experience, both personnel, and operations, is broad and deadline focused. Patty’s community-based service is behind the scenes with the Memorial Flag project on Stacy Boulevard and the Backyard Gardeners, both in Gloucester.
