Patty Pereira

Patty Pereira has been a Florida resident since 1991, living on the East Coast in Jacksonville and then moving to the West Coast in Clearwater in 1999, making her a Florida resident for nearly 25 years. She has been married to her husband, Mark, for 25 years, and together they have two teenage boys. As a family they support and encourage each other. They enjoy fishing, snorkeling, boating, and snow skiing. Devotion to God, family, and career are high priorities in Patty’s life, making sure she does unto others as she would have them do unto her. Through the years she has worked as a children’s pastor, nursery director, helped run a food pantry, and volunteered in pregnancy centers and in multiple community outreach ministries. Patty’s heart is that of a servant, showing compassion, help and knowledge to family, friends, and clients. Her real estate career began in January 2005 with Alexa Realty and continues with Coastal Properties Group in 2014. In 2015 Patty will celebrate ten years of real estate experience.
