Patty Rainey

Patty has a wide range of experience in the real estate industry. She has been a Realtor® in North Carolina and Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and spent several years marketing new home communities throughout North Carolina, including the top–selling community in the Triangle area.

Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Patty was an Account Supervisor and General Manager for some of the top advertising and public relations service firms in Houston, Texas. Her business background, experience in marketing and dedication to the real estate industry provide Patty with a unique ability to effectively market homes and service the needs of her clients.

Patty and her husband, Rodney, live in the SouthPark area with their youngest son and their rescue dog, Abbie. Patty enjoys volunteering with local charities, especially the Wells Fargo golf championship. She also enjoys cooking, travel, and renovating homes.
