She is very personable and gives professional advice based on your particular needs. She educated us through buying our first home and was there through every step. We never felt rushed or pressured during the process. Having no family live nearby, Patty was our sound board for many discussions. She was always happy to listen and discuss concerns/options. We had such a phenomenal experience with Patty and recommend her to everyone!

She above and beyond her call of duty to help me find my house, but find the right mortgage financial company in order for a successful closing for my home. Made sure we had the right documents in place to finalize the closure on our home. Countless days and nights she spent preparing the paperwork for the closure.
