About Patty

In 1986 I became a Realtor in the State of Georgia. Was a resident of Hall County since for 30 years before moving to Habersham County in 2020. My early Real Estate years were in Commercial Property Management for The RREEF Funds as the Administrative Property Management with Office Parks, Retail and Industrial in the portfolio. Became a freelancer for Century Center Office Park for several years and came to Hall County and worked with Northside Realty for 5 years in the residential real estate market. At that time, an opportunity to change things up a little presented itself and I started a catering business in Flowery Branch, GA. After several years, the recession hit and we sold the business. Shortly after I reactivated my real estate career and have been working on this field since. Incorporated some Vacation Rental home management and sales.
