Paul Banicki

Paul entered the Real Estate business as an assistant loan processor in 1998. Businesses were not as tech savvy then, and at 19 years old he was entering handwritten loan applications into the computer system for mortgage bankers, checking for completeness, and shuffling documents between numerous Real Estate One and John Adam’s Mortgage locations throughout Detroit and Metro area. Paul’s role in the business continued to evolve into processor, mortgage banker and Real Estate Agent.

Paul has lived in and around Detroit all his life. His parents rooted in Metro Detroit when it was Motown. Most of his clients have benefited from Paul’s intimate knowledge of the city landscape and its incredible surrounding areas.
