Let me tell you! Paul is the MAN! My wife and I were ready to purchase our first home, and we just so happened to get his number from a friend from work. I gave him a call and he was immediately ready to help us out, and he wasn’t crazy pushy or anything! He made the whole experience super comfortable and easy to understand. Scheduled multiple in person tours for us and always looked out for what we were looking for in a house. After we chose our home we were closing and moving in a month later! He even got the sellers to cover CLOSING COST even with how aggressive the market is at the moment! Always just a text or call away with any questions we had. Great guy and retired navy also, which made me feel like he understood our situation very well. Definitely the guy to go to and I can tell he takes pride in what he does.

Get you a Paul! This man was amazing! Truly felt like he had our best interest when getting our home. Did many in person home tours, while also doing many more long distance searches and tours. Paul’s amazing! He guided us along the way and helped give insight where he could. We were referred to him by a co-worker and I’m so flipping happy we were!

Paul is amazing! My husband and I were trying to buy a house from across the country, in a crazy real estate market and a global pandemic. We originally chose Paul to be our agent because he was the most persistent and a Navy vet. Now after closing an amazing deal, I wanted share our wonderful experience.
Paul was always assessable. Every text and every phone call was answered promptly. He made sure we understood everything completely before we left the conversation. Additionally, in this market you have to move fast. If we sent him a home to view on our behalf, he was scheduled same/next day to check it out. His video tours are extremely detailed. He always pointed out the houses highlights and concerns. He even recorded footage of the neighborhood and surrounding areas. This was extremely important to us as we are buying out of state in an unfamiliar area.
When it was time to submit offers, he gave sound strategies to make our offer stand out in the crowd. And it worked! We landed the perfect home for our family.
Paul is a finisher. He and his wife make an amazing team and was determined to find the right home for us. We will be referring him to everyone we know relocating to VA!

Paul is phenomenal. Unlike many other realtors, the pressure was not there. I’ve worked with realtors in the past and it’s sort of like conducting business at the DMV 30 minutes before they close; Paul is not that guy. What you see is what you get. He works hard to get you what you want, and it’s more like shopping with a friend, a friend that takes care of all of the unnecessary stuff that you don’t like. Overall 10/10, I will recommend him to all potential buyers I meet in the area.
