Paul is outstanding. It's been an incredible pleasure to work with him. He is extremely diligent, getting estimates of what your house is worth in a day, finding great homes to buy that match you and your style in no time flat, and just being honest. He once paid for what the previous owners of my house should have paid for but refused. Paul is extraordinarily generous, hardworking, and caring. He will be real with you, not over estimate what you have, to prepare you for the worst which it never is with Paul, or he will shoot himself in the foot and tell you moving or buying isn't the right move if it's going to hurt you and your family in the long run. No other realtor I'd ever want to work with besides Paul.

We met Paul while caught up in the 'hot market' whirlwind. He not only helped us find our dream house, he helped us avoid our non-dream houses.
Paul seems to be very well connected in the fox valley area. He found us a private listing, got us an immediate showing and advised us on the initial offer that was accepted by the seller- avoiding a bidding war over the property .
Paul is a very good agent, knows his stuff and will talk with the other realtors in the area.

Paul was referred to us by another couple who used him and we are very happy we did! It was our first time buying a home and he helped lay out what we should prioritize and look for in a house. In regards to the work he did, it was nothing short of excellent. If we found a house on the market on a Friday evening he'd be able to set up an appointment and meet us promptly in the morning on Saturday to get in before other buyers, even then, he would be honest about whether it is a good property to buy or not. When we did find our home we ended up buying all his recommendations for a lawyer, financing, and various other recommendations for work on the house did wonderful work. He's very professional in his response and behavior as well as being a strong advocate for us and getting the right price. Overall, we have nothing but good to say about Paul and he was vital in finding the right home for us.

There are not enough positive words about our experiences with Paul. And let me reiterate, experiences! This is our second home transaction with Paul. He assisted us in selling our home in 2017 due to a relocate out of state, and he assisted us in buying our new home this last week. He is super responsive, always willing to go the extra mile with area research, home history, and engaging with outside vendors with questions on properties. We have nothing but the best things to say. We have recommended his services to friends, and they too have been just as pleased!
