Paul made our experience selling our condo about as easy as it could have been. We met, reviewed comps and made decisions. The day we listed it, we accepted a full price offer, e-signed a couple of rounds of paperwork and a few weeks later we picked up a check. I have never sold property in the past, but I don't know what could have been done to make it any faster or simpler.

Working with John L Scott, specifically Paul Cox was my first time selling a house. Thankfully, Paul made it easy for me by going the extra mile keeping me informed and walking me through each stage of the process. He was always just an email or a text away with any questions I had and made sure to regularly reach out and make himself available. He was timley and professional with all meetings that we had, as well as prompt with all paperwork and signatures that needed to be obtained. He helped talk me through the pros and cons of each offer that I received and I believe because of his good marketing skills he was able to snag me the best offer and more then 60 views on the property and even a bit of a bidding war! When we ran into slow downs because of the buyer's agent he managed to keep us on track by making sure that she kept to her responsibilities as well. Not only that, but Paul was willing to roll up his sleeves and help me with some last minute to-do's that were required by the appraiser. He was an overall wonderful advocate for me! I couldn't be happier with how the deal went, and I highly recommend him to anyone reading this review! He managed to take a complicated and daunting process and make it as simple and painless as possible - which is more then I could ever ask for! Thanks Paul!
