A lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, with a passion for real estate investing! Paul got into the real estate and Industry at 19 when he started working for a large residential construction investor. At 23 he wanted to help people more directly and decided to pursue sales, shortly after making it to the top 10% of buyers agents. At 26 he took on a new challenge and with his experience in construction he tested for a Class A license in Residential construction. Clients can always trust that he will give them not only a perspective from the sales side but also logistical from the construction side. This gives them a much clearer picture of an all-in cost of ownership!
