Paul made buying a new home a no stress ordeal. We looked at many properties and each time we received timely, personal, professional, and friendly service. Not once were we ever pressured to "settle". Paul made it clear that we would know the "one" when we found it and he hung in there until we did! What was great is that Solid Source Realty also provides mortgage lending services so there was no need to go anywhere else. Steve really knows his stuff, was a true pleasure to work with, and made financing hassle free. Will definitely recommend these folks in the future!

When we were looking at open houses to locate to Nevada, we met Paul and Steve. We were impressed with their professionalism as well as not being pushy. We decided to use them, and we have not regretted our decision. They were so thoughtful of what we wanted and needed and didn't mind that they showed us a lot of houses (I mean a HUGE amount). They wanted to make sure we got the right house for us. Now they are very good friends, and we so appreciate them.

Paul helped us refinance our home and we were able to lower our interest rate to 2.75%! With my work schedule, trying to find the time to sign all the paperwork was a challenge. Paul worked with my schedule to meet me after hours with a notary so we could get everything signed. Great customer service like this is hard to find anymore and we will be working with Paul for all future home purchases!

Paul was instrumental in helping us find the home we wanted. He was clearly in touch with the market in the communities surrounding Reno and Sparks, and was very responsive to all of our requests to see properties on short notice. When it was time to close the deal, he was on top of all the details and responded quickly to all our questions and concerns.
