About Paul

Paul is a seasoned and well-respected Realtor® with 30 years of experience and over 500 closed transactions who has consistently ranked as one of Southern California’s strongest producers. Paul prides himself on having extensive knowledge of the real estate market, innovative marketing, and unmatched client dedication. He is known for his integrity, friendly demeanor, and professionalism. These qualities together with his proven negotiating skills and decades of successful experience have earned him a stream of referrals and repeat clientele.

Paul was raised on the east coast in a beach community of New Jersey. He was recruited on a decathlete scholarship and remained a college athlete at West Virginia University. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in public relations, Paul entered the advertising/fashion industry based out of New York City and traveled extensively worldwide for two decades.

After marrying into a family of real estate brokers and developers from California, Paul was licensed in 1993 and began buying and selling properties for his own personal investments. His skilled eye for finding undervalued properties quickly launched his career that brought hundreds of buyers and sellers together from all walks of life. Paul’s areas of expertise encompass all price ranges including multi-million-dollar luxury estates, entry-level homes, condominiums, investment properties, land, and leases. Paul’s advertising background taught him the importance of an effective and distinctive marketing edge. This gained him the reputation of representing interesting and unique properties and has generated an extensive international client base.

He and his wife of over 30 years have raised their children in Corona Del Mar, which is his area of expertise. For years Paul has been selling two lifestyles that commonly crossover, the Southern California coastline of Orange County to the sunny desert valley from Palm Springs to La Quinta. They have had homes in the Village of Corona Del Mar and Irvine Terrace as well as desert properties in Indian Wells, LaQuinta, and Rancho Mirage. He often refers his clients to his wife Beth who is an interior designer for any construction, remodeling, furniture, or staging needs. Paul and his family live in the outstanding Corona Del Mar community of Irvine Terrace where he serves as a Board Member of the Homeowners Association. Paul spends his spare time with his family and their many activities as well as being an avid mountain biker, runner, boat, and water sports enthusiast.
