I've known Paul for over 30 years, first as a neighbor. He's been my real estate agent twice- the first time when I purchased my home 16 years ago and most recently when I sold my parent's home of over 40 years. He's very professional and knowledgeable of the Nashville area. He's approachable and answers all your questions. He's very trustworthy and has his client's best interests in mind. He is great to work with and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone for their real estate needs.
