Paul has been a residential real estate nut for the better part of his adult life. Even in his early years, he recognized the enjoyment it gave him when his parents would drive around town on the weekends looking at different homes and neighborhoods with admiration of both the architectural styles and curb appeal.
Having spent a majority of his adult life in Seattle he found himself drawn to a career in health care where he felt his efforts could directly help the lives of people within his community. He served as a Strategic Project Manager for one of Washington States' largest employers, a non-profit healthcare consortium.
While advancing his skills for managing complex, fast-moving projects in his day job, his fondness continued to grow for residential real estate having owned, fixed and sold multiple properties in the Pacific Northwest. He and his husband eventually went on to design and build custom homes with their own two hands. Paul has experience with classic architectural styles as well as modern and mid-century, this enables him to not only appreciate and understand architectural design concepts but have a good knowledge of what it actually takes to build a beautiful new home or reimagine a classic, from the ground up!
