Paul is awesome! I have a rental property and needed assistance in obtaining good, qualified tenants. I rented my property 4 years ago (with Paul) and needed his assistance with my most recent search. He handled everything from beginning to end, efficiently and effectively. He found me great tenants extremely quickly both times. Would definitely recommend him!

Paul is the real deal. He was friendly and professional before, during and after the sale. Before we went to market, he had good recommendations on how to prepare. Once it was time to go live, he and his team represented us expertly: By the time our house went on sale, we had seventeen people waiting to see it, and received multiple offers that day. We took a great offer by mid-day, which was the record high for our neighborhood. Even after the sale, he ensured that everything went smoothly in negotiations with the buyers over the next few months. Go with Paul! You won't be disappointed.

When the first sale of our house fell through, Paul Lott was referred to us by a friend who had recently successfully sold his house with Paul in two days. We interviewed Paul, along with five other highly qualified realtors, and a few factors made him stand out from the crowd. Paul has a pleasant disposition, is extremely confident, came very well prepared, and touts a competent and experienced team that specializes in all facets of real estate including communication, marketing, networking, and negotiating. A critical prerequisite in the selection process for our second agent was expertise in negotiations, which was critically lacking in the first attempt to sell our home. The span of time from agreement of sale to settlement was 24 days.
