Hello, I’m Paul McDonald, a retired police officer turned Realtor in Palm Coast, Florida. I specialize in Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Bunnell and all of Flagler County. I believe knowledge is power, especially in real estate. It is important to me to educate my sellers and buyers about the real estate market and process from start to finish, giving them the confidence to make informed decisions. In turn, their experience is smooth and stress-free. I help buyers find their dream home and sellers get the best possible price for their property.
"We are first time home buyers so we had tons of questions and Paul patiently answered all of them in a very professional but honest manner. We found a house we loved and Paul was on it. Up until the closing, he was there. It was the best outcome and experience we could have hoped for. We didn't imagine buying a house to go this smoothly. With Paul's guidance, we were able to put our minds at ease. Now, we're living in the house of our dreams!"

"After my wife, myself, and Paul developed a plan; Paul immediately put it into play. The first weekend after putting it on the market, Paul had an incredible open house--he even brought homemade cookies! Paul, almost daily, kept us in the loop as to what the market was doing and if we should change our strategy or stay put for a while. He is very trustworthy, honest professional. He will work hard for your success. My wife and I highly recommend Paul McDonald!"

“Paul was very attentive to every request I had. We had an issue before the sale of my property and he was on top of it. I was very happy with his service and recommend him highly.” - Ed B.
It is very important to me that a person in any business be hard working, knowledgeable, responsive, accountable and honest. That is what makes a professional. I have carried these traits throughout my career and will put them to work for you.
I retired after sixteen years as a Police Officer in Colorado. As an officer, I spoke with people to solve problems and worked with them to find a solution. I’ve found that it isn’t that different helping sellers and buyers learn about the current market and move forward with a purchase or sale if it makes sense for them. I must admit that helping people in real estate is more fun!
I believe that it is important to know what is going on in our community and be involved. I am a member of a local business group, Leads Into The Future and a member of the Public Policy Committee through the Flagler County Association of Realtors. I continuously educate myself in real estate and have completed the ‘Success Series’, Short Sales, Reverse Mortgage, 1031 Exchange and Property Management real estate classes. I’ve organized a ‘beach clean-up’ for Flagler Beach and helped with other charitable events. My family and I are also very involved with our church. We enjoy going to our beaches and supporting our local businesses!
