Had what was the most complicated closing the guy at the title company had ever seen in his 20+ years. Paul was flawless in keeping all parties involved not only all updated but facilitated getting the problem sorted out. (Lawyers make mistakes too. Took Paul 2 minutes to find the mistake but it took 3 weeks to get the damn lawyer to admit responsibility and correct it. )

We had issues with the lender. Paul went above his pay grade and helped the lender understand how to close a loan with an escrow for repairs. Over all great service. Will send friends family and who ever else asking for recommendations on a Relitor.

This is my second time working with Paul! The first time was buying my house and the second time was to sell my house. Both experiences were wonderful! Paul definitely goes the extra mile to make sure his clients are happy, well taken care of, and makes sure the process proceeds in a timely manner. I would have him as my realtor again if I ever buy another property in Michigan.

Paul has been nothing but honest and informational throughout our house buying process. He told us the good and the bad, the ups and the downs, and what to expect. Even after our purchase he continued to answer any questions we had and made sure we knew what was going on. For being first time home owners he really made the process simple and educational. We will definitely be using him again when we get another house. We have even recommended him to many of our friends that are looking to own a home!

Paul has been great to work with! He’s professional, well knowledge, and goes above and beyond. I’ve purchased two homes and sold one through Paul. When I sold my previous home, we were discussing list price. Paul continually reminded me that it’s my home and I’m the customer but asked essentially asked me to follow his professional advise as he’s aware of the market and has a great feeling that my home will go for so much more than I was wanting to list. He wasn’t wrong. As the home hit the market, we had people lined up to look at it. The first day we had a few offers. The next day we got a couple more. Needless to say, I sold it 2.5 years from the purchase date for 30k more. Each transaction seems to have a story, all of which come from the opposite side of coarse. So when we got to the closing table, mind you we were at the start of the pandemic, the buyers (a couple) had transferred money via PayPal a day or so before from one another so the money they planned to use for the down payment and closing costs ended up being locked up. Paul was able to keep me mostly calm and organize both the sale of that house, and purchase that was happening across town shortly after, to another day once the couple got their money sorted out. Paul has continued to go above and beyond and assist me with things such as home warranties even after the sale was done. Even though you’re sale is complete, he doesn’t ghost you. I look forward to my next transaction with Paul to get my in my forever home with a little bit of land and a barn.

Paul is very professional,detailed and makes you feel you are the only person he is selling a house. I recently did a transaction with Paul and call him crazy hours to ask a question and he is always delightful and willing to help. He goes out of his way to provide the information I myself as an excited buyer will forget. He is just awesome.
